TERMS
BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.

PRICES; PAYMENT & SALES TAXES
All Orders are F.O.B. our warehouse or our manufactures shipping point. Prices don't include taxes or shipping and may be changed without notice. Payment due within 30 days of shipment, net on open account. Open accounts available on approval. Furnish Equipment Co., Inc. is required by law to collect taxes in Ohio. Purchaser is solely responsible for the payment of use taxes or sales taxes in states Furnish Equipment does not collect in.

RETURNS
If shipment appears damaged, don't pay freight unless damage is marked on bill by carrier. No return authorization required. Contact us for return instructions. We will refund or exchange any defective products for 90 days or as dictated by the manufacture. We will return or exchange any UN USED product that is not special order for 30 days. Returned product must be in sellable condition. You Must contact us prior to returning any item to obtain a return authorization.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

SPECIAL ORDERS-
Special Or Custom made orders must be paid by check or money order. No credit cards will be accepted for any custom, Special or modified product.

LIABILITY
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE. ENFORCING THE LIMITED REPLACEMENT RIGHTS IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

Information about products is as provided by our supplier. We make no warranty or representation concerning such information.

FORCE MAJEURE

Furnish Equipment Co. / FECOI.COM shall not be liable or responsible for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Furnish Equipment Co. in the conduct of its business.

OBLIGATIONS
You warrant, represent and agree: (1) to comply with all laws; (2) that our sale and shipment of the product will not, by export thereof, your legal status or otherwise, cause us to violate any law; and (3) to indemnify us against any losses from a failure by you or a third party to comply with law or these terms and conditions, or from use of the product.
SALES & TAXES
Furnish Equipment Collects Sales tax In Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana. We do not Maintain A Physical presence in any other states. Buyers are solely responsiable for the payment of sales or use tax as required by their state and local laws.
